The role is super flexible with casual employment from mid-May to mid-September, so you’ll have plenty of time to hit the slopes. You’ll be doing all sorts of stuff like helping customers with their hire needs, fitting boots, selling snow gear, promoting in-store sales, and generally creating a good vibe.

So, what makes the perfect candidate? You gotta be passionate about snowboarding, skiing, and everything snow-related. A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, reliability, and hard-working ethic are all essential. Plus, you need to be available on weekends. Sales experience is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker.
