Kudos to all the staff here, after hiring some gear and retuning it months ago, I was devastated to discover just now id lost my super expensive goggles... called the store in a last hope that they may have been with hire gear and not only were they with the gear but the store had held them safely the whole time ... thanks again crew
Kate was amazing upgrading from click in snow board binds, process was simple and her knowledge helping me through the set up. Also serviced my board and helped with a lot of options. Great bunch of guy at OZ extreme. Anything to do with your next trip go here. You will be very happy with there support. Cheers and thanks again.

This was such a special experience, it was my wife’s very first snow trip, and Oz Extreme made it unforgettable. From start to finish, everything was so smooth and well organised.
A big shoutout to Kate, whose customer service was nothing short of amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt looked after, and even helped us make Amy’s first day in the snow one we’ll never forget. She made us feel like more than just customers, more like part of the community.
The bus trip up to Mt Buller was comfortable and easy, and the snow itself was incredible. The bus driver was experienced, genuine and so caring. We even built a couple of snowmen (complete with Hawthorn scarves!) and had the best time taking photos and just soaking up the experience.
Oz Extreme really took the stress out of a snow day, from the booking process to the gear hire, everything was simple, friendly, and full of good vibes. We’ll definitely be coming back, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of heading to the snow for the first time (or the tenth!).
