Customer feedback & reviews
My partner and I recently went on one of their day trip tours to Mt. Buller and cannot rate the experience highly enough!
The workers in the shop answered all of my questions and went above and beyond providing me with advice, all while getting me fitted with the rental gear I required. Great friendly service in store!
The trip itself was well organised; we stopped at the bakery in Mansfield on the way up which looked divine however, we were going to use the public bathroom and on the way found 'il salotto' - a charming cafe with lovely staff and delicious coffee and pastries. Yum. On the way back we stopped at a service station that had McDonalds, KFC, and Olivers, so something for everybody!
Overall a really brilliant trip, I recommend it to anybody with a snow craving who can't afford the $$$$ price tag of staying at the mountain.
And for anyone wondering, the people on the bus were all super respectful too - no music blasting, just a bus full of Geelongians with the same goal... SNOW!!!
***This is mainly a note to future self*** I recommend taking anti-nausea medication as I felt pretty queazy on the bus, and so did a few others.

Both Georgia and Andy were phenomenal, super friendly and know what they’re talking about!
Kind and friendly workers. VERY helpful service. As a rookie who had no idea what to do the staff here helped me with every question that I had and even gave me information i didnt know id need. Could not fault their service at all and their snow gear kept my kids toasty and dry all day no matter how much they rolled around
Kate and the team at Oz Extreme are so helpful and more than happy to help out in anyway they can! Would highly recommend, no cues and price was much cheaper than buying on the mountain! Get there Geelong people!
Andy and everyone else at OzExtreme are amazing. I get my skis waxed there every year and have bought plenty of gear. Everyone is always helpful and knows what they're talking about.
ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT A DOUBT THE BEST, genuine and honest help from workers and good conversation, rippa team in there, will be my go to shop from now on!!!
