We have a snow coach every Sunday leaving the shop in Grovedale to Mount Buller and if you book a week in advance its only $69.95 return (within a week price is $89.95). Last I checked its fifty bucks just to catch a bus one way up the hill from Mansfield…I thought that was ridiculous so I tried to drive in even more ridiculous conditions and got stuck in the snow with no phone reception and no jacket to keep me warm while I chucked chains on cause I left it up there the last weekend. Shoutout to the bloke who’s pride was so hurt by having to get his car towed out of the snow that he became determined to help me get mine out and with questionable tactics but great success – do not recommend.
